Summer Front Desk Associate

Looking for a fun, people-focused summer job? We’re a fun, energetic physical therapy clinic searching for a Summer Front Desk Associate to join our team. This is a great fit for a college student home for the summer or anyone looking to earn extra cash in a positive, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first smile our patients see when they walk through the door! Your role is all about helping people feel comfortable, welcome, and taken care of.
- Greet clients and create a friendly, upbeat first impression
- Build genuine connections with patients and staff
- Schedule appointments and keep things running smoothly
- Take payments and handle basic front desk tasks
- Answer phones and help with day-to-day clinic needs
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking with people
- Organized and able to juggle a few tasks at once
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Basic computer skills (we’ll train you on our systems!)
- Customer service experience is a plus—but not required

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
- Location: MORGAiN Physical Therapy, 4575 32nd Ave S #2, Grand Forks, ND 58201
- Pay: DOE, $14-$18/hr
