About MORGAiN Physical Therapy
At MORGAiN Physical Therapy, we help people:
- Stay active, mobile, and independent well into their 60s, 70s, and beyond
- Avoid pain medications, injections, and surgery
- Take control of their health before it’s too late
We specialize in working with adults 45+ (especially women) who are starting to feel the effects of aging—but refuse to accept decline.
Our philosophy is simple:
Reduce pain just enough to move well… then build strength so it lasts.
This is not insurance-based, rushed care.

And your role is to be the first step in that journey.
Your Role
You are the bridge between interest and action.
Your primary responsibility:
Turn leads into booked Free Discovery Visits
What You’ll Do:
- Call inbound leads within minutes of inquiry
- Follow up with past leads (warm + cold)
- Handle inbound calls when needed
- Overcome common objections (price, time, uncertainty)
- Build trust and connection quickly
- Schedule Free Discovery Visits on our calendar
- Track conversations and outcomes in our system
- Work closely with our clinical team to ensure smooth handoffs
What Success Looks Like
You’re not judged on effort… you’re judged on results.
We will track:
- Number of calls made
- Contact rate
- Booking rate (calls → discovery visits)
- Show-up rate
- Overall contribution to clinic growth
If you win… the clinic wins… and you get rewarded.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $15–$20/hour (based on experience)
- Performance Bonus / Commission:
- Flat fee per booked & completed discovery visit
- Additional bonuses for hitting monthly targets
(We reward performance—not just activity.)
