Athletic Trainer

ATHLETIC TRAINER

Turn a Plan of Care Into a Comeback

  • Are you an Athletic Trainer stuck on the sideline of a clinic, doing paperwork instead of hands-on rehab and performance work?
  • Do you want the freedom to bring your full skill set — injury prevention, functional movement, return-to-activity programming — into someone’s recovery, not just tape ankles?
  • Do you value flexibility, autonomy, recognition, and a place that actually invests in your growth?
  • Do you want to help our clients arrive well into their 80s and 90s feeling like they are 60 — and help our younger, active clients stay that way?

If this resonates with you, then you may be a great fit!

Who We Are

Our goal at MORGAiN Physical Therapy is to help people arrive well into their 80s and 90s feeling like they are 60. We know everyone by name that comes through our doors, and we spend 60–90 minutes with our clients at each visit to make sure they get the care they need and deserve. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with people that last a lifetime.

MORGAiN Physical Therapy was started in 2024, built on Ricky’s belief that physical therapy isn’t just physical therapy. Ricky had a vision to support clients to first recover, then prosper well into their 80s and 90s. Longevity is the basis of the clinic, focused on a great quality of life and true transformation.

As a company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care, and we give our clinicians plenty of opportunities to develop their professional and personal skills. That’s why this role is perfect for an Athletic Trainer at any stage of their career who wants to keep learning, be challenged, and take on leadership opportunities.

The Role in Our System

The Athletic Trainer exists to help carry out the treatment plans our Physical Therapists design — bridging clinical rehab with functional movement, conditioning, and injury-prevention work so clients don’t just recover, they stay capable and independent. This is a retention role — you help make sure the progress clients make in PT actually holds up in daily life.
