PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

Help Carry Out the Plan That Changes Someone’s Decade

  • Do you want your work to matter — not just fill a shift, but actually move someone closer to walking their daughter down the aisle pain-free?
  • Are you tired of being rushed through 15-minute visits with no time to actually connect with the people you’re treating?
  • Do you want to be a true partner to your supervising PT — trusted, developed, and given real responsibility — instead of just an extra pair of hands?
  • Do you want to help our clients arrive well into their 80s and 90s feeling like they are 60?

If this resonates with you, then you may be a great fit!

Who We Are

Our goal at MORGAiN Physical Therapy is to help people arrive well into their 80s and 90s feeling like they are 60. We know everyone by name that comes through our doors, and we spend 60–90 minutes with our clients at each visit to make sure they get the care they need and deserve. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with people that last a lifetime.

MORGAiN Physical Therapy was started in 2024, built on Ricky’s belief that physical therapy isn’t just physical therapy. Ricky had a vision to support clients to first recover, then prosper well into their 80s and 90s. Longevity is the basis of the clinic, focused on a great quality of life and true transformation.

As a company, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care, and we give our team plenty of opportunities to develop their professional and personal skills. That’s why this role is perfect for a PTA at any stage of their career who wants to learn, be challenged, and grow toward greater responsibility inside a clinic that’s building something different.

The Role in Our System

The Physical Therapist Assistant exists to help carry out the treatment plans our Physical Therapists design, keeping every client’s plan of care moving forward with the consistency and personal attention MORGAiN is known for. This is a retention role — you are one of the reasons our clients stay, heal, and come back.
