Longevity Lounge Specialist

Position Overview

The Longevity Lounge Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the clinical team. This individual is responsible for creating a welcoming, personalized environment, guiding clients through longevity services, and contributing to the growth of the Longevity Lounge through engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Customer Service

  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming, positive atmosphere
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and ensure they feel valued and cared for
  • Personalize each visit (e.g., preparing preferred drinks such as coffee with cream and two sugars upon arrival)
  • Ensure every client leaves feeling better than when they arrived

Longevity Lounge Operations

  • Supervise all Longevity Lounge sessions
  • Safely set up clients on equipment and monitor usage
  • Educate clients on available technologies and their benefits
  • Teach clients how to independently and safely use equipment

Clinical Support

  • Assist clinicians in carrying out established plans of care
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the Longevity Lounge and clinical services

Marketing & Social Media

  • Edit and post 4 videos per day, 7 days per week on Facebook and Instagram
  • Capture engaging content that highlights services, client success, and clinic culture
  • Maintain consistency and brand voice across all platforms

Sales & Growth

  • Take ownership of upselling packages and add-ons to current members
  • Educate clients on membership options and benefits
  • Help drive membership growth and retention

Annual Performance Goals

  • 70 Basic Members
  • 20 Essential Members
  • 10 VIP Members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background as an Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) preferred
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
  • Sales experience or comfort with upselling services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
